- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
- Certain products, including custom orders or clearance items, may not be eligible for a refund. Please check the product description before purchase.

Refund Process
- Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective, or an error occurred on our part.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Defective items must be reported via email at sales@npela.com within 15 days of delivery date.
